Description

Charter made its name with the classic .38 Undercover. It offers a lighter weight, barrel and superior safety features that make them ideal for concealed carry situations. If Betsy Ross had industry-leading cerakote color processes and laser finish technology, she might have imprinted the American flag on a gun in 1776.
